It’s official, Undertale is now the highest rated PC game of all-time according to Metacritic. It’s beat out Half-Life 2, which has a 96. Undertale is currently the number one game of 2015 as well, with a 97, beating out Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain which is sitting with a 93. However, Undertale does have only a few review scores, all of which being very high. This happens to mobile games a lot too, so only time will tell if Undertale can keep this position for long.
