Nintendo announced today that Super Mario Maker has sold 1 million units worldwide within a month. The current two best-selling Wii U games are Mario Kart 8 (5.43 million sold) and New Super Mario Bros. U (4.84 million sold). Though it is highly suspected that the Wii U is at the end of its life cycle, this still proves that the attach rate is high. They also said that 2.2 million levels have been created and uploaded.
